Talk about friendly and personal. Opening an account was no struggle at all. I felt welcomed and important. I love that this is a local bank and you can tell they are for the people. I dealt with Tyran today and she was a pleasure. Her customer service skills were impeccable and I left there happy with a new account and a personalized debit card on the spot and a giant smile in my face. Teller was extremely rude. Tried to charge me $5 and get me SSN to cash a check from their bank then kicked me out for asking questions. Bank anywhere but here
