I had a mostly positive experience. The lady who assisted at the reception area, whose name I unfortunately did not get, was rather cold and unfriendly. However, nurse Mpumi turned things around with her warmth and kindness and performed her service with a smile! She took great care of me and talked me through the process. Always a good experience coming to this branch. Tshepo was really helpful and friendly.
This company and their financial department are pathetic to say the least they broke all privacy protocol sending my personal detailed account to someone who shared the same surname as us. They handed me over a year later without making any contact with me and all I got was a measly sorry we will retract the summons but you still need to pay the account after it was THEIR OFFICE WHO PUT ON INCORRECT DATES. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LAB AGAIN. Disgusting to say the least one star is to much
