Just received a call from this company stating that she is "going through old accounts" and asked me for my DOB and address. Said they sent bills to me, which I've never received. I asked her to confirm the address they have been sending to and she wouldn't. I will not provide personal info to a company I have no idea about and am not familiar with. Feels very scammy.
Received a bill approximately 1 yr later. When asking tech why it took so long she got defensive n told me not to raise my voice. I then said I'm asking a simple question to which she could not answer. Then asked if I would or would not be paying the bill. Need better customer service skills. I'm sure she would ask if she received bill a year later as well. Remember put yourself in the customers shoes then address the situation.
poor service
I just received a debt collector's letter claiming that I have an overdue bill with this sketchy lab. I didn't know they existed, I was NEVER EVER BILLED, and now they just handed this bill out of nowhere to a collector's office. Unprofessional sketchy practice, I am disputing this bill, don't let them scam you! It seems by reading other reviews that this is their modus operandi, beware!
I just received a bill from path ai which I am not paying. I have never heard of them. I have been getting lab tests for years and never a bill. I’m not sure if they are legit or not but I don’t think they are.
