The staff is awesome. I would use them again in a heart beat.
Overall I'm just not satisfied with the management customer service skills, here I am in excruciating chronic pain and taking medication to try to suppress this unbearable condition, however I'm the type of person who ask questions about what I'm signing, and they know that's not nothing new coming from me..... However it seems to offend them because every single treatment, exercise, heating pad, parifen wax, massage hand or gun combined, etc will TOTAL 8 MINUTES EACH and my request has always been can you please add after e... read more
Make sure your insurance is going to cover your visit prior to going to path medical. Their bills are absolutely absurd. They’re charging me $377 for ridiculous “treatment”, where they caused more harm to my back than when I went in with their roller ball machine. Absolutely no common sense from the practitioner who used that machine, in spite of the fact that my back was already injured.. I’m not impressed at all and I highly do not recommend them
Horrible place to go if you are injured. 1) they attempt to adjust you BEFORE they take x-rays! 2) They put you into physical therapy within 3 days of your accident! They are in bed with Christopher Ligori (attorney in Tampa which is a CROOK!) and I am certain they are in bed with other ambulance chasers. You are best to stay clear of these crooks.
Wonderful office and people! Always ensuring our comfort is their priority. Staff always has a smile on their face making things a lot nicer for us as patients in our positions. Thank you Path Medical and staff!
