I want to give a review about this company what i experienced today. My wife called to ask some bill from path group on thursday 3:35 pm (3/20/25) The person who said, her name is ‘jessica’ is very rude. And extremely rigid. Like a computer she repeatedly said, same sentence instead give us a clear answers. Almost no wait time and they know what they’re doing. Three times there recently was quick and painless and I don’t do well with needles!
It the worse lab I have seen in my life , keep sending a bill to me , that already paid it at the clinic, and the customer service are very rude, they were talking rude to me and yelling , then called them later many times waiting long time and then it canceled from them.
I used to do my lab work at this place. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. The results on the other hand were mostly accurate than other places. They deserve five stars.
