I received a bill for services from Path group - over ONE YEAR AFTER services were provided and was told that the balance was due immediately. When I called to ask why it took them a year to bill me, and why I in turn don't have the same amount of time to pay my balance that it took them to bill me - was told it will be going to collections as of the next statement. This is predatory and I will report them to the BBB.

Worst company ever. Sends you bills with no information about what they are from. No one to talk to when you call. Probably a scam. Don’t pay them

I received a bill, paid the bill, and my check was deposited by Pathgroup on 7/10/25. On 7/21/25 Pathgroup generated a statement saying my payment was past due and may be placed in collections. This was resolved with a phone call, but the worst part is that the representative told me they have no control of statements that the "system" generates. Zero accountability or quality control. I think they want people to double pay! Sketchy billing department needs to be held more accountable

Fraud - This is a double billing scheme. I reported them to BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. If you receive a bill from this company, think twice before paying and file a complaint against them with your medical provider. Also alert the Federal Trade Commission.

I have a new debt with Path group - I just received my third billing - and, I had to all them because I had sent a money order of $25.00 the first week of February 2025 and it has not been noted on the last two billings. Now, they are final noticing me - I will be final noticing them. Shame on them for not posting my payment and subtracting it from my bill. Shame on them for trying to threaten me if I do not pay - I DID PAY AND I WILL PAY A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL THIS BILL IS PAID IN FULL!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!
