In February alone, I wasted 7 hours of my time because the appointments I made mysteriously weren't on the schedule and nobody knew why. The week before state-testing, they wouldn't refill my kids' ADHD medication until we "touched base," even though I made it clear that they were both out. Both of my kids' counselors and others left the practice around the same time, which seems like a red flag that management or corporate is part of the problem.
Tried a few years ago, using my phone I went to Union Street where it said it was located. Nope, now flipping out, where are they, now I'm late, already nervous. Well they moved to The Plains! Same town I live in, why wouldn't anyone let me know they moved when appointment was made? Waste of gas, wear on car, time, now more anxiety because now I'm late. In the 20 years of therapy I have been attending in Athens County. Path Behavioral has been my best experience. The staff and nursing have always taken the time to answer any questions, they also work with me when issues arise for my mental health. I feel heard for once and finally! I have never experienced a more devoted staff, then I have had with Path Behavioral in The Plains. Thank you for your service!
The ladies in the plains are the BEST OF THE BEST!! Jamie, Tammy, and Jennifer are hands down the ones to call!! They have helped me and my family more than I can express!!
