It would really help when sending out text appointments which branch the appointment was taking place in. I missed my rather crucial nurse appointment today due to not stating it was taking place in the Calne branch. Poor service.
I went onto Patches at 8:00 am on the first Monday after Christmas to describe my symptoms. At 8:30 I received a text telling me I had an appointment at 10:25 the same day. I attended the appointment and was referred to Swindon for tests which were carried out at 11:30, three and a half hours after my initial enquiry. Excellent service during a very busy period.
I cannot fault Dr Church & Dr Hughes who have both gone above & beyond with regard to my healthcare. They take time to listen to patients & since moving to this area have set in motion various tests when they realised something wasn't quite right with my symptoms after many years of undiagnosed illness & pain in a different county. Through all the tests that they have sent me for I now have an early diagnosis of an autoimmune disease which had never been found before.
