Hi, just wanted to share my experience with this place. I’ve had many many mammograms and I’ve also had surgery here and was very very impressed. By the way the nurses treated me and the surgery I had with the doctor. Everybody was really nice great expierence never a problem ever !but this last time was very different. I went in for a mammogram with Dina and I just wanted to let you know. 8/07/25 Appointment to get a mammogram today per BCBS & MyChart recommendations that they are done every 24 months. My technician Nicole did an excellent job getting my test done with no discomfort and maximum efficiency. She made the the whole experience stress free and advised me that I would be mailed the results as well as they would be posted on MyChart soon. Terrible service! I was denied healthcare for having my 7 year old with me. I'm a single mom, I had no choice. Both women did not care and were super rude!
Heads up no kids allowed This is the second time scheduling a mammogram at this location and having to cancel it No where in the notes or verbally I was told that I CAN NOT bring my 12 year old daughter in with me and she sit in the room … the receptionist at the desk was not accommodating at all… didn’t offer to reschedule it or even cancel it ..I get it !! I get it !! I’m not asking to have anyone watch my chap ..she is allowed in any other room with me when I am at the doctors office …MAYBE just MAYBE include that in with... read more
