They where very helpful and very nice, id definitely buy from these guys again over anyone else. They made the whole process quick, easy, and simple. Definitely a 5 out of 5.
I wouldn't give them no stars a friend of mine bought a truck from there this week and the motor blew and they wont do anything about it but there is a lemon law so my friend is going to be suing them if they don't do something
Spoke with them on Saturday and they said I had to come during the week. Set up a test drive on Sunday night for Monday. Confirmed with them on Monday. 1 1/2 hours before arriving they texted and said someone bought truck. That is terrible business. If you confirm with no communication that it is first come first serve. If you confirm, you wait!
I was looking for a 08-13 GM truck with a 6.2L and in 2wd. Talk about finding a rare truck- at the time of writing this review there's 8 GMC/Chevy's ACROSS THE NATION. Found it on CarGurus and that lead me to dealing directly with Dylan from Pates. And I'm glad I did, they handled everything very professionally and quickly- surprisingly because I live in Texas!!
