honest and dependable, he explained the problem thoroughly and ordered parts for a dishwasher repair. when he came out it was discovered that all the parts ordered were not necessary and fixed the problem for less than 1/3 of quoted price.
what a great company, they understand what customer service means. had an issue with my washing machine they ordered the part we needed came out and fixed it with no problems at all. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.
My wife found Pate 13 yrs ago when we moved into our house, what a stroke of luck. He has worked on just about every thing, and we have been completely satisfied with him, professional,friendly, knowledgeable, and he completely gets that you can't wait all day that he might show up, like alot of other companies do. I would, and have recommended him to all my neighbors, and friends.
