Arbitrary hours!?! I called to have a document processed and the website states that the tax assessor's office is open until 4:30 pm. Fortunately, I called before my trip only to find out that the doors close at 3:45 pm. How do you serve working taxpayers when you close the doors well before closing time? Shortening your hours is a disservice to the public.
ineffective, unorganized, dont give them a dime of your tax money.
Great customer service I went to this office twice all I can say they treated me with the respect. Keep up the good work.
