Tom and his work partner replaced my defective flue liner which included fitting a new liner, adaptor for the wood burning stove pipe outlet, modify the register plate, fit a new cowl, smoke test, new carbon monoxide alarm and advise HETAS of the work for certification. All this done during wet weather. Very efficient and a very pleasant team. Would recommend to anyone.
We used Tom on reccomendation. We got in touch with Tom and he came round on a Sunday morning to give us a quote. We accepted and he started and finished our installation the following Monday. I was impressed, having spent some years in the building trade as a youth, working for a company that maintained high standards. Tom explained how to get the best from our burner. Had Tom out o fit a log burner at my previous property and I must say he was fantastic, no problems or issues at all I was very happy with the baby Gabriel he fitted. However this time around I unfortunately cannot say the same. One thing after another. We had an ekol inset plus fitted on Tom's recommendation and it was useless, not for for purpose.
