Tried to get my moms phone fixed with her here iphone 11, had fell in water, and so we took it here to get it fixed, yeah they fixed it, but after we got the phone back, the password, face id, and phone it self just didnt wanna work, they handed it back to us with the screen saying “3 hours to wait” so that sucked, then after the 3 hours was over, we typed in again the correct password and yes even made sure to do it slow so it doesnt lock again, and even with that, it locked again for 8 hours, after 8 hours same thing and s... read more

After having my iPad's charging port repaired at the shop, I was assured by the warranty on the receipt that any issues with the repair would be addressed by the shop. I went to this store to fix my iphone screen and they put a old one 🤣 and also took my original battery and put a fake one 🤦♂️ these people putting old parts on the phone they suppose to fix !!!!!!!!!!! Bad business
