This firm deserves negative stars. They are very unorganized and fail to deliver. Craig W. Paterson is not reliable nor trustworthy. I would avoid this firm, especially if you’re looking into a real estate lawyer. Unless you enjoy lack of communication and dishonesty, I would pay more to go elsewhere.

Avoid this office at all costs. I've had the unfortunate experience of meeting Helena Guergis, a former politician from Ontario. You can google her discredible conduct. This is no surprise, as in my experience with Helena, she has shown to have absolutely no morals. She is incompetent and doesn't know the proper documents and proceedures, causing increased legal costs due to her actions.

This review is a couple of months overdue, but I have to give a millions stars to Candace for guiding the real estate process for us. I cannot explain just how amazing she was throughout the entire deal. Not only did she work late and took extra time to text me on time sensitive stuff, but she was also incredibly professional.
