I picked this place bc it was local and I wanted to support. From the start there was bad communications in every which way there could be bad communications there was. No call back for extra estimate not covered under claim. They kept calling my husband instead of me after 5 attempts to tell them the right number. Then when they call to tell me my car is almost done, that’s when they finally give me the estimate for the extra work. I agree. My vehicle was repaired very quickly and very beautifully by skilled and caring technicians. Their customer service is beyond excellent with Stephanie keeping me advised of the progress of the repair work and the process. The vehicle was delivered 2 days earlier than first expected and came out of their shop looking like it did 2 years before right off the showroom floor! 30 years of experience and I have never been so disappointed in my life. My QX 80 was a immaculate & in great shape before I left it with paternostro. After the borscht paint job I received. To justify the poor work, I was told my truck was reck before I own it! Wwwoooww
