Excellent customer service: dependable and professional. Jeff made the process so easy. I highly recommend them.
Everyone was super nice. My car looks great. It was completed in a timely manner. Kat and Charles took care of me. Went over the repairs in detaoIf you have a collision and need repairs I would highly recommend Paternostro's.
I'm not sure if service has gone down hill here or what, but this was not a place I would EVER recommend. Not only did they turn a "same day repair" into an 8 day repair, but they also did a horrendous job at communicating throughout the process. This meant we had to be out of pocket on a rental for a week while they got their act together. The best part is that when we finally got the vehicle back, they botched the repair. The staff here are phenomenal and my car looks amazing!!! They make everything easy and worked to make sure the repairs were done in a timely manner and called me with updates along the way. Beyond impressed and will recommend them!!!
