Shop left broken welds on vehicle, paint job had orange peel look, scratched new paint putting new bumper on. Already paid for it before they closed and didn’t look at the work done until following day due to it being late. Went back to discuss it hoping to get “some” money back for poor work. Response was “I can have the shop fix it” why would I allow that when it couldn’t get fixed correctly the first time. Also means I’d be out of my vehicle longer and I already returned rental car. Very pleased with my experience here. They were courteous, thorough and did excellent work. The communication was good and they showed flexibility when trying to work through the project. I couldn’t be more pleased unless they served daiquiris in the lobby.
