We appreciate Dr. Parks so much! She is a great dentist, and is interested in the patient as a person. The office staff is friendly and efficient. We are so glad to have them doing business in our area.
I haven't been to the dentist in 8 or 9 maybe 10 months and I received a bill from a collection agency for $55 after not ever receiving a bill from the company. I called and asked them about the bill and why I had never received one and and they stated that a basic bill was charged me when I had a tooth filled and there was extra charges and they overlooked sending the bill to me so I paid this not wanting to have a dentist bill in collections only to get an itemized statement from the dentist which I requested and I find ou... read more
