Even though this Patelco branch is far from my home, I always leave happy with their amazing customer service. Every employee is so friendly, professional, and helpful they truly go above and beyond. They deserve 10 stars each for their kindness and excellent support. Thank you for always making me feel welcome! It’s worth the trip.

In the right account you can make higher interest, with out locking it in. Their service tends to be faster, cuz they're a smaller bank. Their polices on giving the state of California controller your money if you don't have activity in your account, or don't cash their checks on time, is the fastest I've ever seen, in fact that's the only negative with Patelco, everything else is on point.

went to get 2 rolls of quarters to do laundry. i had previously received quarters from this location in the past and was never asked about membership or offered membership. Today was different. a woman asked if i was a "member" of their credit union. i am not. i do bank with another credit union and use Patelico ATM often at that location. i was REFUSED 2 rolls of Quarters. No other members were in the bank at the time. if you bank with other credit unions you do not have access to their services other than using the ATM out... read more

I have never had as hard a time doing literally anything with any business as I have with patelco. If I could give zero stars I would.
