The business is all talk. I had a serious situation that got ignored. I then proceeded to speak with a manager who cut me off and hung-up on me before I was able to finish asking the questions I needed answered. Jim is the worst branch manager I've ever encountered at any business. I'm glad I'm canceling my account!
