I recently received an offer from Patelco for a credit card balance transfer at competitive rates. Not being very familiar with the latest online technology, I decided to visit the Campbell Branch, where I was greeted by Jacob. He quickly understood my interest and reasons for visiting. He was patient and helped me all the way through. I found him to be caring, knowledgeable, respectful and overall a great asset to PatelCo CU. Thank you Jacob.
Since Patelco was hacked a few years ago, I have had many problems with Patelco. I have closed my accounts with Patelco, I will never do business with them again and I recommend others to go elsewhere for their banking needs!
I recently changed Credit Unions to go with Patelco and I have had nothing less than five star assistance! I visited Bascom location today, Alex Mariscal assisted me. He was so kind and patient as I had more questions than a simple withdrawal. He never rushed in fact walked me through a new service where I could purchase gift cards right from my cell phone. We love this location, for excellent personal service and shared delight when we paid off major loans.
Please get your ATM working more consistently! 50% of the time I go to use the ATM at this branch it is down or out of cash so only deposit transactions are allowed.
