I recently changed Credit Unions to go with Patelco and I have had nothing less than five star assistance! I visited Bascom location today, Alex Mariscal assisted me. He was so kind and patient as I had more questions than a simple withdrawal. He never rushed in fact walked me through a new service where I could purchase gift cards right from my cell phone. Wonderful and perfect as I don’t like putting my debit card info on all places. I purchase an Amazon gift card and he went further to help load it on my Amazon account. I... read more
We love this location, for excellent personal service and shared delight when we paid off major loans.
Please get your ATM working more consistently! 50% of the time I go to use the ATM at this branch it is down or out of cash so only deposit transactions are allowed.
Everyone is willing to help here and so professional. Once you walk in, you are greeted and ask how they may help. No complains! Just the best, thank you Patelco staff!
