I've been a customer for many years, but despite multiple tries, I've yet to even find a parking space at the new branch on Fair Oaks Blvd. I've circled the lot, ran errands and tried later--haven't been able to park there even once. Unfortunately, the transaction that I need, that other banks allow you to do online, can only be done in person at Patelco. So I'm stuck between giving up and changing banks or have to go to Citrus Heights when I have an in-person transaction. Thanks, Patelco.
