Great rates and great service�
I've loved Patelco for my entire adult life- a few changes recently have changed my review from 5 stars to 3. The forced change to MasterCard was very time consuming. And the new "look" of the online banking went from a very clean desktop look to a messy phone app look made for a 4" screen. Meaning I have to scroll down a lot to look at recent history. Be nice if they just offered a mobile app look and kept the clean desktop look.
As I write this I am still on hold...currently sitting at 17:30 minutes.... All I want to do is activate my bank card...Could get no help inside the bank... This is ridiculous... Probably the end of the road for us....
This bank is fabulous. I have been a member of Patelco since 1992. I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this bank. No fee's, great rates on car and personal loans.
