I was disappointed on several levels: 1) I called in prior to the appoint and asked them if they took my insurance. I said I needed the appointment only if they took my insurance. They responded "Send us a copy of your insurance card and we will confirm". I sent it as requested. 30 minutes later they sent me a New Patient form to fill out. I understood this to mean that they did, in fact, accept my insurance. 2) I filled out the New Patient as requested and sent that in about 2 1/2 hours prior to the appointment.
