This service is unfortunate. I scheduled appt 20 days in advance. Receptionist Jennifer contacted me 24 hrs before the appointment with requests that most professional offices ask for at the time of the appointment being set. My primary medical office was offended by the crass behavior of Jennifer and Dr.Patel. I selected this out of network doctor from another doctor I love and respect.
