Do not recommend. Cold beside manner and does not really care what you have to say. She’s going to do what she wants to do regardless if you have a complaint to address. Find another gyno please.
This Dr is very cold in visits and she wouldn’t answer a simple question without an extra appt. She also tells me she doesn’t know what OTC USP progesterone is, even though it is her job to know these things. She replied to my previous review by using my given name on the internet and lying about how long I was waiting for an appt. Apparently she lies too.
Very seamless experience every time. Staff is always lovely and attentive. I appreciate how Dr. Patel-Shusterman takes the time to listen to my questions and always responds very directly without judgment.
I had an awful experience with this doctor. She was impatient, dismissive, and showed little to no interest in understanding my symptoms. I was surprised to see the positive reviews here, as my experience was completely unpleasant. The nurse also appeared distracted and asked an inappropriate and careless question, whether my grandfather had ovarian cancer, which raised serious concerns about attentiveness and professionalism.
