I had my first appointment with Dr. Shefali Patel this week. I was referred to her by my PCP. As a new patient I can honestly say my experience was great. From check-in to checkout her staff was warm, friendly, professional, and very thorough. Dr. Shefali herself was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns and communicated with me. Dr. Shefali Patel is professional, compassionate, empathetic, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels both clear and comforting, which is truly refreshing. I’m so happy I made my appointment, and I’m looking forward to future visits. The team members were also absolutely lovely—kind, welcoming, and supportive. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.
I've had a good relationship with the doctor but there is a disconnect with the office staff, The "office manager" is very rude and dismissive and told me to verify my own insurance and they dont do that and she cancelled my appt. without notification. i let the situation go and tried again this year and the same thing happened they cancelled my appt. called my phone and left no voicemail. i called the office gave me a lame excuse. truly disappointed.
