Very friendly staff. I waited a bit but I believe it was due to the appointment before me arriving late. I did not feel rushed. The doctor took her time speaking with me and addressed my concerns. I would definitely recommend both the doctor and the practice as a whole based on this, my first, appointment.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Shefali Patel this week. I was referred to her by my PCP. As a new patient I can honestly say my experience was great. From check-in to checkout her staff was warm, friendly, professional, and very thorough. Dr. Shefali herself was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns and communicated with me. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels both clear and comforting, which is truly refreshing. I’m so happy I made my appointment, and I’m looking forward to future visits. The team members were also absolutely lovely—kind, welcoming, and supportive. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.
