An elderly relative of mine went into the ER at CGH for a laceration to her head. She was soak in blood. It was all in her hair and her bathrobe was soaked in blood. The ER physician put in 9 staples. The last two did not even come close to approximating the wound. I have a picture of it and showed it to several physicians and they could not believe the poor job done. This time my husband was on the 2nd floor surgical inpatient. They were great. Rehab was awesome. Nurses aides and nurses were so kind to him
