Unprofessional office staff. They don't pick up the call. By mistake if they pick up your call, make your call on hold for unlimited time. Irritating experience.
Dr. Shefali always helps cure and treat my symptoms.
I have not recommended this please to anyone. I waited more than 3 hours after taking appointments 1 week advance and calling them before leaving. I have gone to another dr but never waited beyond 1 hour. Please look for another place if u don't want to wait
I recently had a terrible experience with one of your office representatives on 09/06. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and failed to address my concerns appropriately. This level of service is unacceptable.
