Two scheduled telehealth appointments which never happened.The office had the explanation if they called but no answer !! I left several messages for call back and that didn’t happen either!
Dr patel is a caring doctor. This is my third psychiatrist and I feel blessed to have found her through my insurance panel. I have tried multiple medications in the past and she finally recommended the right combination. She also recommended some vitamins and supplements that have really been helping with my clarity And Energy. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Not bad for a busy doctor.
Dr. Patel and Melissa at the front desk are great! Dr. Patel talked to my child and me about medications but also other things we could do to help with the depression and anxiety, like mindfulness and exercise. I'm glad I found her and it's a bonus that she takes my insurance.
Spend very very little time with patient... 5 minutes maybe...
