She is professional, considerate, and thorough. She has done stuff for me on her off hours (prescriptions, e.g.). I feel like I’m in good hands with her.
Dr. Patel is amazing. I've loved working with her and the nursing/PA staff. However, the way this office is run leaves MUCH to be desired. First, the office staff are never friendly. Never disrespectful, but never warm and welcoming. It was honestly fine at first because I'm not there for the socialization. What really pushed me over the edge is the total lack of consideration for my time and their completely antiquated system.
