Called the doctor's office THREE times for an anxiety pill refill! No one ever got back to me until 5 days later. My anxiety was through the roof. I even texted Dr. Patel and I kept telling the office and him how bad my anxiety was. No call back, no refill until Friday. I called on a Monday. Horrible!
Went to emergency room with family member due to complications with existing medical conditions. Checked in at 850am waited several hours until blood was taken/ meds recieved for pain. Most notable issue is hospital staffs lack of empathy and most whom ive met have miserable attitude. The one star goes out to A volunteer and 1 nurse who were very helpful and understanding. Hard to believe that there getting paid by us. I will choose another facility for medical care in the event we need medical treatment in the future... Dis... read more
