Best for patient care and great primary care Physicians
I have been a patient at Patel Ramanan and Associates for more than 20 years, and I have consistently been impressed with the service I’ve received. The office staff is very attentive and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Jasmin Richardson was especially accommodating in handling the information required for my pre-surgical paperwork. A big thank you to the entire team for a job well done!
Great Dr and associates, greeted me when I came in and had me back in no time. Staff was smiling and at the end when I had a few questions, the lady in billing, I think her name was Megen....she def knows her job, she was great at explaining in detail what my insurance covers and doesnt. I recommend this office. 👌
There is truly always something with this office and after today's interaction, a review is warranted. As already mentioned in other reviews, P.A. Richardson is often disappointing. Then you have the woman who I often end up on the phone with, who is just plain rude. For absolutely no reason at all. I will call to say "hey the pharmacy is saying that they have been trying to refill this prescription" and she will chew me out about how that is not true blah blah blah.
