I visited Dr Rakesh Patel for my throat issue . With out proper explanation, he did procedure. Neither staff or him did not explain insurance coverage. I got received a big bill from his office. I don’t recommend him to anyone
came in as a first time patient. this doctor told me he is going to stop taking my insurance in a month and asked me whats the point of coming to see him and that i should just leave and see someone else. Okay buddy, just do your job its not illegal to get a one time consultation. Super rude.
Dr.Patel is the absolute best. Not only did he correct my breathing which caused chronic nose bleeds, he gave me the most perfect nose removing my bump from the bridge of my nose. I seriously can’t say enough great things about him and his nurses/staff who are some of the sweetest women in the world! Hands down the best experience and if I had to do it again I would! The best most caring environment!!
Dr. Patel did my septoplasty and I am now 3 months post op. Great Dr., I would recommend. It is rough after surgery but well worth it. I feel so much better.
I went to Dr. Patel with a deviated septum and a nose I did not like. I am now 7 month post op and could not be happier with my results. I can breathe well, and I have a lot more self confidence. He was able to answer all my questions and prioritize all my concerns.
