The worst experience going here. The receptionist Carol is very rude and ignorant and does not let you talk. This receptionist does not listen well enough. The doctor took me off a medication I am supposed to be on. Avoid this practice. They only operate Monday and Thursdays which is sad and inconvenient.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Uncommunicative, disinterested in anything I had to say, just going through the motions. Spent very little time with me and it took them over a month to forward medical records to my new provider despite Numerous requests. The office is only open 6 hours a week.... Very unprofessional. Terrible experience.
Unethical. I was charged twice for the same appointment and after 3 years they finally reimbursed me for THEIR mistake.
Poor communication at best if any communication at all. If you have the means take your loved ones elsewhere for care.
