My wife was referred to Dr. Patel by our cardiologist who sits on the board of the hospital. As we were told, Dr. Patel is outstanding and quite thorough. My wife had several visits with him and a follow-up this morning. Something seemed off because none of the usual staff was present. The office staff began to confirm insurance coverage when I arrived for my appt. and even asked me to return in an hour while they sat on hold. They had collected all the insurance information a month before for that very purpose. I was provided a DIRTY sleep study machine covered in medical tape glue and had a flashing error light the entire time. The office staff cannot get billing correct. Dr Deepak Patel is a pulmonologist. He is an excellent doctor Hands-On and caring. Staff also patient oriented. I would recommend Dr Patel to anyone who needs good respiratory Care.

Wouldn’t have walked in here if I didn’t need it but I had to do it because my mother was very sick, I was trying to get her seen by the doctor as soon as possible especially since it was early morning before all the patients walk in. I had the unpleasant time of dealing with a mother and daughter that work at this office. Everyone here was very unhappy to be working and even more upset to deal with new patients or walk ins.
