When a Professional has more than 30% bad reviews they all can not be correct... I thought. The I looked and saw almost all the low scores regarded the staff and not the doctor. The staff was poor and tha facility was awful. My partner is in a wheelchair. Came in for a scheduled test and could not step up into the test machine. They did not care and the test was incomplete. Still gota bill for $250. Had to find a new doctor.

My wife was referred to Dr. Patel by our cardiologist who sits on the board of the hospital. As we were told, Dr. Patel is outstanding and quite thorough. My wife had several visits with him and a follow-up this morning. Something seemed off because none of the usual staff was present. The office staff began to confirm insurance coverage when I arrived for my appt. and even asked me to return in an hour while they sat on hold. They had collected all the insurance information a month before for that very purpose. I was provided a DIRTY sleep study machine covered in medical tape glue and had a flashing error light the entire time. The office staff cannot get billing correct. Dr Deepak Patel is a pulmonologist. He is an excellent doctor Hands-On and caring. Staff also patient oriented. I would recommend Dr Patel to anyone who needs good respiratory Care.
