Dr. Henrick is great. However, the receptionist here is awful. I called their office to make an appointment and the receptionist said she would call me back in 2 minutes. Over 20 minutes past and I hadn't heard from their office so I called again. The receptionist told me she had no time to ask the dentist if he could see me because she was busy. She asked me to hold and said he was working on a patient so she would have to ask him later. I currently have a chipped tooth and she has not helped in anyway.

been coming here since I was a kid, nothing better than this practise here kind reception, welcoming staff, caring professionals
Worst dental office that doesn't value any time or appointment made. They overbook and make you wait for over an hour for your appointment. Receptionist Ismat is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your time coming here with your kids because it is extremely frustrating waiting for your scheduled appointment.
