Apparently the Scheduling staff determines who is refereed to see Dr. Patel. She was very rude and apparently flag my daughter from seeing Dr. Patel. After rudely comment on her having a referal from a Dr. in Ohio..when I had her family physician(KY) call to schedule appointment, they where told they wouldn't except her as a new patient with out any information. Worse place to go if you really need a psychiatrist. Told me to drink Ovaltine and keep a mood diary. I return to my second visit that my insurance pays for and was told I had to pay 65.00 just because a lawyer requested my information. I mean really a waste of time and gas. Should I receive a bill from this office then in return I will send them a bill for wasting my freaking time and gas. Sadly, I have to leave a 1 star and don't deserve a star period!!!
