Dr. Ritu Patel is AMAZING! I needed to change my PCP and started looking at my network. I started calling offices and didn't feel any good vibes from the phone calls I had done previously. When I got to Miracle Medical Clinic, the staff was very attentive and very informative. We setup the appointment and I saw Dr. Patel the following week. Dr. Patel and her staff were timely and helpful. Dr. Patel answered all of my questions and gave me really personable and thought out care. Every person from the front desk to the medical assistants were kind, helpful, and efficient. The place was clean and there was even a sweet clinic dog.
Since Dr. Ritu Patel has taken over her father’s practice, she has been very helpful in diagnosing issues for my daughter and granddaughter. She has always been kind and nurturing toward them, and I greatly appreciate her professional care toward my family.
This place was empty and I see why. I scheduled a routine physical which is free by my insurance. At the time of scheduling they didn’t inform me of a $40 charge. Wait until I get there after taking time off work and then proceed to say..”we will reimburse you in the form of credit” that’s what crook providers do. I work for the health insurance company and this is BAD PRACTICE. I’ll never go here and hope you don’t either
