Dr Patel is good and quite knowledgeable. The office staff is extremely bad, they are just some young kids who sit there, cannot even speak English. Everytime u need a prescription refill I have to call 10times over 2-3 weeks, my pharmacy sent the refill fax which doctor just has to sign but he never has time. They are rude and arrogant god knows why. Last time I called them to pay my bill and the lady said “I need to find ur file now I have no time”. Dr. Mukesh patel I have been used him for 21 years in my time , currently I am not working and I have New Jersey health insurance he has denied me to take my insurance and disappointed me not to serve me . But I have found New Dr. VEENIT PRASHAD HE IS IN RAHWAY MY FIRST VISIT VERY HELPFULL IN 21 years of first time dr PRASHAD prescribed medication for two weeks which help me long time coughing and allergies issues . I am great Dr Mukesh patel denies and I have found great Dr. 🤣🤣🤣
Dr.Mukesh Patel is very careless with his patients.I had my blood work done 12 days ago. After 7 days with no report, I made around 7 to 10 calls over the couse of 2 days and then they finally gave me the report, but the doctor still didn't check my report. We tried calling again, but their staff didn't give me a proper answer. It's truly a very shameful situation. As a Doctor, you should take some responsibility for this!
