Me and my family have been visiting this clinic for last 25 years never had any bad experiences
Absolutely the worst doctor and staff. Especially Sangita, extremely rude and will hang up the phone on you for asking any simple questions. There is a reason they have a 2 star rating on Google. Avoid at all costs.
Very good doctor. Gives you enough time. Listen to you, explain you about your condition. Easy to get appointment. No issues with anything.
Dr Patel is good and quite knowledgeable. The office staff is extremely bad, they are just some young kids who sit there, cannot even speak English. Everytime u need a prescription refill I have to call 10times over 2-3 weeks, my pharmacy sent the refill fax which doctor just has to sign but he never has time. They are rude and arrogant god knows why. Last time I called them to pay my bill and the lady said “I need to find ur file now I have no time”.
