I have been without 3 medications for almost a week. I am getting the runaround from Optima employees tell me they sent them in, but, per Optima policy, you need to be seen every three months to continue the medications. Walgreens are saying they cant fill them, as I need to be seen by my physician. Greed breeds deception and a total lack of patient care.
Dr Patel has been my Dr since I was 18 years old. I'm 52 and he's still my Dr to this day. Best Dr to ever have. The times may be long because he doesn't just take 5 minutes to treat you and send you on your way, he's a doctor that cares about his patients and want the best for them. I lost my insurance for a while and he still treated me when I really got sick, he didn't break my pockets care is what he wants for you... the best care.

Dr. Patel and Jesus Arballo FNP are amazing, trustworthy, knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend.
