Dr Patel has treated my worsening hearing for about 7 years. She is always helpful, encouraging, and willing to talk by phone to answer questions, and to see me whenever assistance is needed. Her technical mastery of devices is obvious, and she’ll recommend what suits my needs, and tutor on their use, with smart phones and Bluetooth. What is most important to me is her cheerful goodwill and genuine concern for this old patient whose work and connection to others is through spoken words - not online technology.
