Had we not had the bad luck to work with Chirag Patel as a lawyer, we would have bought the house we were under contract to buy. Mr. Patel was never available, his secretary was rude and misspelled our names in the contract, and he never even bothered to learn very basic details, such as where the property we were buying was located. In the end, he went on vacation and the seller's attorney told us they found another buyer. There are many real estate attorneys in New Jersey; do yourself a favor and find a different one.
