Poor customer service. The representative that pick up the phone is a very rude older lady. I called the office just to know the statue on something that I have been waiting for 2 weeks. She wouldn’t let me speak. She keeping talking over me and told me not to call back that she we handle it when she can and hung up on me. I was visiting from out of town. I needed to see a doctor My insurance was out of network I just went in and they paid him a $117.06. I paid seventy five dollars cash at the visit. I just called and asked them what a visit would be without insurance and they said one hundred twenty five dollars. Now we know all the insurance situation in this country. Is why it is I'm retired and on Medicare.
Out of almost 20 yrs I have been at this practice I have never felt more disrespected …not by the doctor but the office staff (the lady with blonde hair) she was rude an nasty from the moment she answered the phone and which she hung up on me and I called back I told her she was being rude and she said “ if u want me to be rude I can “ very unprofessional and I don’t want to be at a practice that can’t control their workers or have common courtesy for their pt’s … even when I went to the office she was still arguing with me ... read more
After 30 years with same doctor, I was so worried to find new one. The staff and Dr. Patel were welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Such a blessing to have a caring new doctor who listens. The staff is great too !
I had an extremely disappointing experience today. I called this office to schedule a full body checkup. The front reception lady spoke with a rude attitude. “I don’t what’d you mean by full body checkup.” I asked her if I can speak with the doctor and she said, “Doctor is very busy, he doesn’t have time to speak with you.
