I liked him first too, but he has me on so many medication’s and then did a blood test and found out. I had a A1c of 13 I wasn’t diabetic and then just wouldn’t take my phone calls or anything. I almost died and ended up hospitalized. I also wanted to know I sent people to him and they had the same experience. I felt terrible but not as bad as mine. He used to be 45 minutes to an hour late all the time I should’ve posted this earlier I wouldn’t have even given them one star, but you have to give something before you post.
I have been coming here for 4 years now and I have no complaints whatsoever. Dr. Jay is the best and I can’t see myself going to a different doctor. I would recommend this office to any and everyone.
I had my single worst doctors visit with Dr. Jay Patel. He was 45 minutes late, rude, almost angry at times. I was completely taken back by his temper and odd personality. He had his back towards me for the majority of the visit, he starred at a computer screen while talking. I even asked him to please look at me when speaking. He obviously double-books his appointments, hence, the absurdly long waiting time. He is not a good doctor or person!
I found Dr. Jay to be smart, funny and caring. Going through a tough time with back pain, and I’m really appreciating having a GP on my side like him. He’s the best!
Dr. Jay Patel and Dr. Parag Patel are excellent doctors. I have been visiting them for past 10 years. They provide the personal touch and care and recognize you individually even if you visit them after a year. Their diagnosis are accurate and their prescribed medicines work. I personally recommend doctor Jaya and Parag to all friends and family as their PCP
