Horrible receptionist, extremely poor and rude with no sense at all. We wanted to change our appointment to another day and this was our first time rescheduling. When we told her another day, she immediately went on to say to get another doctor?? Very displeased and disappointed.
Im looking for a new doctor and I called to ask if they are accepting new pt. Whoever answered the phone is rude and doesn’t know how to take calls.
Office waits are reasonable. Appointments are scheduled in timely fashion. Professional care is thorough and efficient.
