Very disappointing experience. The entire visit was extremely time-consuming, with a very long wait and poor overall service. I was especially frustrated that the doctor refused to prescribe the medication I needed without another in-person visit, even though my previous appointment had been just one week earlier. The doctor seemed to be constantly running from one room to another and did not appear to give any patient adequate attention or time. The whole experience felt rushed and disorganized. Dr patel does not make me feel welcomed, doesnt show that he cares about his job, and the wait time is extremely long. This will be my last time coming to him. The people at the front desk are nice though.
Dr Patel is extremely rude and rushed 0 compassion for his patients which is why he takes bare minimum insurances I personally would never see him and thank god for my insurance I only had to deal with him for my father who has Medicaid
