I love Dr. Patel!
Dr. Patel is the worst doctor I have ever interacted with!!! He's very unfriendly and disrespectful! I went to see Dr. Patel as a new patient at GI Specialists of Houston's main office at 1900 N Loop West. When the nurse put me in the room to talk to Dr. Patel, he was already in there. However, he didn't even acknowledge that I entered the room, he just continued typing something on his computer and didn't look in my direction once or even say hi. Not a fan. Their tests took over 10 days to wrap up. I had to call constantly to get a status update. Then the doc went on a break and I have yet to actually hear back on my results (over a month at this point). Eventually I just gave up because I don't feel great paying more for another appointment to go and discuss results that they don't even have the decency to call me about.
