The doctor is rude and not helpful at all.
Dr. Diptika Patel and her original office staff are amazing! Ive worked with them and I’m a patient. Very accommodating and respectful. However, the office manager, Angela, is rude. She is the wife of the other Dr. Patel. She is not the original staff. She is abrupt, curt and does not seem to have respect for patients. Definitely out of place in such a group of compassionate medical professionals.
Dr. Diptika is awesome, very helpful and the staff is very friendly specially Purnima.
I love this place, they took care of me very very well. The staff was professional and helpful. If I needed to recommend any office to anyone, it would be this one! I have struggled with diabetes since my teens, and she took care of me and helped me treat my diabetes like no other doctor before. I am very happy and will continue coming back!!
