You can only call and get the answering service? I had some questions as a new patient and was told they have to fax the office any questions or issues and "might" get an answer by the end of the day. Not a particularly friendly answering service either.

I found Dr. Patel to be a very nice gentleman with a great "bed-side" manner. I actually enjoyed the time I spent with him as I brought my 84yr old mother to be seen by him. He spent a lot of time with us and answered every question we had about her condition. I recommend him.
