I was referred by another physician to Dr Patel, I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was really friendly. And Dr Patel was a very personable person and made me feel very confident. I was able to setup an appointment within a day or 2 from the initial call. I would recommend Dr Patel and his staff to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist,

They call to confirm the night before. Basically begging to come in earlier by and hour or so. Get there at the time they requested. And they make u sit past the time your originally scheduled for. Ridiculous!

Never going back! Drs wife runs office and won't even fax in prescriptions that dr patel gives himself! Argues constantly with patients and collection agencies by phone. Horribly rude and intensely insists on cash payment demanding you go to the bank cash machine down the block rather than pay with a debit card! Called saying there was a cancellation (for endoscopy at other location than main office) insisted I go early and had to wait 2 hours! She won't give dr messages and took my blood pressure herself with cuff on wrong!... read more
